New Bakers Twine and Echo Park

3 new gorgeous colours of Bakers Twine have arrived ...
First with my favourite Charcoal ...

and Honeydew green ... a light green and could also be called Olive depending on your interpretation

and now from the Design Team

 Layouts by Geli

I've got 2 LOs for you with the new Echo Park "Springtime" collection. It's so pretty and fresh, I totally loved using it, especially those wacky birds. And I know I will have lots of uses for all the leftovers.

For "You are my Sunshine" I used Delightful Stripe  both sides of Fresh Flowers,  Spring Feathers,  Border strips  and some of the Element Stickers
I sprayed some black cherry glimmer mist to add a little bit of depth to the layout, put a rhinestone square around the smaller photo (actually a colour version of the big photo), some pink stars and scrolls felt ribbon  under the title,
a little flower cluster of pink stemmed flowers

with a 100% girl pin and of course the must-have little girl charm
for a girly look, together with some yellow baker's twine

Gotta get my hands on some more colours, it's just so versatile I find myself adding it to just about anything.

The crochet doily is an op shop find.

I cut up some more Echo Park for the next layout, "Twinkles", too.

It's my Hannah with our new-born baby guinea pig.
So cute and tiny, it was prefect for the soft colours of this collection.

The Echo Park alpha stickers are easy to stick down as cursive writing in a straight line if you place a ruler on your paper. And if you don't have enough letters from the same colour just mix and match a little, like I did.

The cute little scrapware birdcage
is my favourite embelly on this page.
I covered it in glitter glass and hung it up with some white and silver rhinestone chain
Of course, a few more blue and white stemmed flowers (another thing I'm using all the time),
baker's twine and the little metal textured blue stars  set it all off nicely.

I'm off to have a play with the leftovers!

and now over to you Jess ....

Hey Hey Hey!! How goes everyone?

You may want to get yourself a beverage of choice....and get comfy cos this is a wee bit of a long post.....
Soooooo I have got to PLAY with some of the brand new Echo Park (For the Record & Springtime)

Ok sooooo Tracy (QUEEN of otp's) dared me awhile ago to do an otp....Sooooo when I saw Tracy's FAB Bird House I was inspired...and thought I'd take her up on that dare!!!

I used the Gorgeous new Echo Park - Springtime range......I just LOVE the Whimsical feeling of the whole range : )
To make the birdy house look lubbly jubbly....and to cover up my dodgy gluing....I used some lace....and the blue velvet ribbon goes PERFECTLY with the pp's : )

I used some bling on the banner & on the butterflies.....
Oh and I made the banner with some yummy yellow twine

I made the grass from some pp & used some of the Echo Park - Springtime flower stickers to pretty it up.....

And to what birdy house would be complete without a CUTE birdy??
I've used and awesome Scrapware chunky chicks chippy & stuck on some buttons for extra cute eyes....Oh and can you see the flowers behind the birdy?? I made them using M2A flowers which I stuck to blank pins......EASY PEASY....

Okely Dokely...ya still with me???
Right on to the lo's I did with Echo Park - For the Record

First up is a lo of Elijah looking pretty cool.....well I think so any way......
To do the masked stars on the background pp I sprayed Glimmermist over some of the funky M2A felt stars....

I wrapped some Twine around a Felt Star
And I soooo love the funky Pins Tracy makes!!! I also couldn't resist using the very cute Scrapware Monster.....

I drew some spots on the new bazzil cardstock strips...

Ok second lo....

I used all Echo Park - For the Record again.....cos I HEART it soooo much : )
For the background I used Correboard and sprayed it with Glimmermist

I Love BUTTONS!!!!

Isn't this Buzz & Bloom owl so funky!!! I love using lace for a bit of texture....

Banner made with some yummo Twine the Echo Park alphas were perfect for the banner : )

And FINALLY......a cute spotty dotty Flower &; Some funky velvet ribbon (which is btw part of your free gift this month at my2angels)....

Wellllllll that is the LONGEST post I've ever done......excuse me while I go have a good stretch lol

Love and Peace xox

now for a bit more calmness LOL
Me ... Tracy

Here is my Echo Park layout but using the Be Mine Collection LOVE LOVE these papers, I am very tempted to take the last collection pack off stock for me ...

I started off with snowflake cardstock and using scrapware alyssa flourish as a mask and sprayed with Graphite Glimmer Mist ... except I ran out after spraying half the page ... so Pink Taffy Glimmer Mist was used on the other half ... actually I quite like the effect ... also added some clear black rhinestones and pink rhinestones on the flourishes

I have used some of the scrapware alyssa flourish
(cutting it up a little) embossed with Zing Metallic Black powder and highlighted with pink stickles

And like Geli I have also used our  little girl charm
behind the photos I have used pieces from the collection pack, pink and white bakers twine, our white banners (inked black) and a daisy charm
Silver Rhinestone Circle to highlight DD's trophy's
(her first ones so she is very proud ... )

and if you haven't checked out our butterfly and flower packs ... you gotta ... find them in the buttterflies and little critters section click on the title of the one you like and it will take you to the page with details and size etc (I am only saying that cause some people have said they didn't realised there were details about the products when clicking on the title) anyhow back to it so you will see inside the product page I have taken a close up photo so you can see what they look like out of the package (except the white cause that is obvious)... seriously gorgeous colours!
The flowers I have used are from the pink butterfly mix

I am off to ring the supplier to find out where Websters Spring Market is ... hopefully back tomorrow with good news!  (new comment added... spoke to supplier it  will be here tomorrow they missed posting it with other orders!!!)
