OTP Replica of a new House

Hopefully if the scheduling works on blogger this is being posted while I am on my way to Scraphappy Kats retreat down in Melbourne where I am teaching a class tonight - woo hoo can't wait ... get to meet Lexie, Kathie (of course) and some of the girls from the Top 50.

Kathie, is such a gorgeous lady and when I found out she had just brought a new house I couldn't resist creating a replica of her new house using the Scrapware 3D house

Her new house

and my version

Had so much fun making it except the wire gate and rose bushes took its toll - I ended up buying some plastic trees from the toy shop for the bushes and coating them in Brown Puff Embossing Powder - not very happy with them but after trying 4 different ways to create them I gave up (:

Lots of Tim Holtz embossing powder, puff powder and ink happening here and yah for his Sizzix Texture Brick Embossing Folder perfect for the front of the house!

Just a few close ups

and something else I have been working on ... as I am typing this in advance (I am praying I get it finished in time to take with me)
a snippet of my muslin flowers edging a new bigger suitcase

Spraying the Muslin with Rose Tea Glimmer Mist - perfect colour to match the Graphic 45 Le Romantique Paper Range.
Centring them with our new stamens (only 45c for 20) and pieces of our Gold Flower Chain

Hope you have a happy and creative weekend

Will be back on Saturday night or Sunday to announce the blog hopping winners

PS Have you checked out our New Arrivals today? We have been shopping (and still going LOL)

See - told you the house would look good posted up. As good as the photos are ladies - they are both waaaaay more gorgeous in real life. The flowers are divine.

Now if I can just convince Tracy that she needs to sell those flowers in the store... :)

Safe flying Tracy - catch up when you get back from your very busy weekend.
