Introducing .... Charming Rose Chains

Introducing ...

Charming Rose Chains

Forget the men in your life - this Valentine's Day - give the most important woman in your life a rose, a Charming Rose Chain rose.

The combination of delicate Antique Bronze Ball Chain with coordinating roses and a themed word charm, produces a sweet, vintage trinket that is the perfect embellishment for your cards, OTP's and layouts.

There's one for Grandma...

So check them out in our Charming Chain and New Arrivals sections now.

In each pack you receive one bronze, themed word charm and
coordinating rose chain measuring approximately 18cm - and all for just $3.99.

Just to spark your inspiration - check out this card I made using our Grandmother Pink Charming Rose Chain.

Using a Twiddleybitz C6 Kraft card as my base, I then layered it with fabric and some muslin gauze.

After inking a Twiddleybitz Small Swirl Frame with Galaxy Gold Ink, I then heat embossed it randomly with Gold Zing! Embossing Powder, finishing it off with the Pink Charm at the top of the frame and the chain at the bottom.

And here's another I used in a Step by Step layout using the gorgeous Kaisercraft 75 cents collection
and our new
Brown Daughter Charming Rose Chain

Start off by fussy cutting some flowers from Penny - I cut up 2 large and 2 small sets of flowers - then PUT THEM ASIDE.

Trim the barcode strip off a piece of Guinea and then adhere it 12cm in from the left of the sheet of Guinea - with the light green pattern facing up as shown.

Cut a 4cm wide x 25.5cm strip from Dime and adhere it to the right of the barcode strip of Guinea 2.5cm from the top.  (You may like to ink the edges black or brown, depending on the main colour theme of your photo.)

Adhere (with 3mm double sided tape) 2 small pieces of brown cotton ric rac alongside the edge of the Guinea barcode at both the top and bottom (to cover the edge).

Next, adhere your 2 large pieces of fussy cut flowers as photo shown.

Using your photo as a guide, stamp the Windsor Clear Stamp (using black ink) to the right of where your photo will be placed.  Add more stamping to the outer sides of your layout if you like.
Next, adhere your piece of "Tea soaked" Muslin (15cm x 20cm), ensuring that more pokes from the bottom of your photo than the top.

Raise your photo up with foam tape and place over the muslin.
Pull a few strands from the muslin to distress the edges of it and scrunge up the edges and push them underneath your photo here and there.

Cut the barcode strip from Penny down to 24cm and adhere it just under the photo - about 3.5cm from the left hand side of your PP.

With the remaining piece of the Penny Barcode - adhere it just above the top of the photo on the right hand side, so that it is slightly under the muslin. Top with an Antique Bronze Filigree flower wrap and add a black rose to the centre.

Adhere your last piece of small fussy cutting to the bottom, right hand corner of your photo, overlapping the muslin and Penny barcode.

Now with quick drying adhesive - like dimensional magic - adhere your Brown Daughter Charming Rose Chain over the muslin at the bottom of your photo...

and "hang" Brown Daughter Charming Rose Pendant the from the left hand side of fussy cut flowers.

Pop a few cut brown stemmed flowers and antique bronze leaf charms in behind the fussy cutting.

All too easy.

This is a stunning collection and the perfect foil for our new Brown Daughter Charming Rose Chain .
