Prima So Cute

The Prima So Cute range wasn't such a popular range this time around, not sure why because as the name says it is so cute .... with double sided paper one side for the boys and other for the girls it is so versatile ... so Corrina and I had a play around with it and came up with these ...

Here is Corrina's layout using the range ...

My eyes nearly popped when I saw these funky and bright So Cute! Collection & Paisley Road Collection Prima papers in my DT box from Tracy...WOW! GORGEOUS!!! I had the perfect photo for this too (taken by the wonderful Wendy – thx hun x) – one of Sam and I on holidays.

I used one whole sheet of Prima So Cute ‘Hide and Seek’ as my background paper (now, I don’t usually use a patterned sheet as a background but I really REALLY didn’t want to cut this one up – and it was perfect for what I had in mind. I used a piece of Prima Paisley Road ‘Dandiya’ for the matting behind the photo (yep, these papers are a double-sided BONUS!!) with a bit of machine stitching and inking around the edge. I popped some loose pink rhinestones on the clouds and used thickers “Rockabye” for the title

This embellie cluster was made using some of our M2A stick on bling hearts, a lovely printed felt heart, and I adhered some of our awesome pins onto some my2angels mulberry flowers (after I lightly inked the edges of the pins). The teddy bear was hand cut from a piece of Prima So Cute ‘So Cute’.

Linkies for Materials Used:

Papers: Prima – So Cute, Hide and Seek, Dandiya

Titles: Thickers Rockabye

Embellishments: pink bling hearts, engraved felt heart, my2angels pins, mulberry flowers, loose rhinestones, tim holtz tea dye ink.

Corrina xx

And from me Tracy ...

using our new banner pins, inked the edges with Tim Holtz worn lipstick which is a great match for the pink in these papers, and the scrapware antique lowercase mini alpha were covered with the new Liquid Pearls Flamingo and of course pink and white bakers twine (have you seen in the coming soon section we are getting in 3 new colours in the next few weeks?)

Scrapware Fancy Bracket which I inked first with Tim Holtz worn lipstick then I covered with Picket Fence Crackle Paint while the ink was still damp so the ink bleed into the crackle paint

The Worn Lipstick Crackle paint was just abit too bright for the papers and gardenia

Large gardenia from the Romance Pack with a pink skeleton leaf tucked in behind, mushroom charm and I cut up a few pieces elements from the So Cute Hide and Seek

Today is our last day for our 50% off all pattern paper sale, so go grab yourself a bargin and we still have some of the So Cute range left ... if you scrap for the boys, checkout Jess's layout that we posted last week
