and from me,
Tracy
 with Mummy's Boy

Apparently, (and I hold on to this hope desperately as my son goes through the teenage and hormonal stage!) that when our sons hit their 20's they revert back to being mummy's boy, again DESPERATELY holding on to this theory!
I hope this brings some hope to some of you who are experiencing what I am at the moment!

My sister in law organised for my brothers 30's birthday cake to be title
Happy Birthday Mummy's Boy, cause that is just what he is!

Papers used are Echo Park Granite Distress Cardstock and  Pink Paislee Twilight

Also used some orange cardstock which I embossed with Tim Holtz Embossing Folder Bricked for behind the photos

Added some white cotton ric rac and Tim Holtz Film Strip (which many of you received in your August Embellish Me Kit)

The Idea-ology adage tickets are from our Vintage Kit and will also be in stock as a standard item next week

The bricks on the distress cardstock where easy to do, usually I would use a matchbox but I couldn't find one amongst my mess so I ripped a piece of cardboard and added Gold Paint Dabber to the edge of the cardboard and painted directly onto the cardstock

Cool Dude

This is a class I taught back in June using older Carolee Creations Papers and adding layer of chipboards with Scrapware Large Impact Alphas for my title

Using the soaking your chipboard in Glimmer Mist technique and adding silver ink to it
The ball and chain held our white tags for the journaling with a spanner charm and man on motorbike charm
Lastly, adding a stripe of our extreme cool boys ribbon

And speaking of birthdays

HAPPY BIRTHDAY

TO MY BROTHER AND

TO CATHY CAFUN

WHO ARE BOTH CELEBRATING THEIR BIRTHDAYS TODAY

Hope you both have a fantastic day and may all your birthday wishes come true

I love these LO's both of you are just so cleverly creative! FANTASTIC boys LO's that I've been hunting inspiration for :) I would like to challenge the "Ozzy's" to pronounce the word on Trac's journalling "Wainuiomata" LOL
