Gardenias and White Mulberry Leaves

Every time I get a new delivery from my flower supplier I just wanna hug him. I just love everything I get from them ... what do you reckon?

and pure white mulberry paper leaves - perfect if you want to colour them with Glimmer Mist as I already have done :)

Also we have a restock of frangipanis and pink flowers with pink spots

I couldn't wait, and have already used the gardenias on an OTP I am working on ...

And I have actually done a layout! Well a few weeks back that I haven't shown you. It is for Screen 2 Scraps March Challenge whereby you get the inspiration from this movie poster

Added Criteria for a maximum of 6 points

1. A penguin on the page somewhere = 1pt

2. Must have the word 'Feet' in the title = 2 pts

3. White and Blue to be the dominant colors used = 3pts

You can use other colors but want to see mainly white and shades of blue :)

It is entirely up to you if you want to use the added criteria....but it does give you the extra bonus points

and this is what I came up with (after wondering what the! penguins, feet??? then mum reminded me when we where in Tasmania last year we briefly stopped in a cute little town called Penguin ... honestly where was my head? How could I forget!)

I used Kaiser Periwinkle from the Cocco Range (one of my favourites from Kaiser)
Snowflake Core dinations Cardstock
Lots of brown ink and distressing of the paper using my craft knife
Grey Pearls (which seem to change colour depending on what paper you put them on and in this case they went a blue colour!)
Round Ribbon Slide
White Corrugated Ribbon
Flowers centred with pearls and blue fabric plaid brads
Blue Gardenia from the nature pack
Brown Cotton Ric Rac

I downloaded a penguin picture from clipart, adhered it to one of our circle pendant charms and covered with crackle accent. I did the same for the date.
And Carolees Creations Tiny Etched Natural Letters for Tasmania. No idea where the chipboard letters came from but gave them a coat of paint and crackle accent

Now to scrap the other 750 photos I took while in Tassie LOL

Have a great week everyone, back soon with some more Design Team inspiration
