Now you are 11 - things to do before you are 12 Mini Album

Its all about Corrina today, and well this mini album has so much to look at that it deserves a whole posting to itself ...

This book is a celebration of my gorgeous daughter Jessica, and the things she has done and likes to do. It is chock full of all things bright and beautiful, just like her. I have used lashings of crackle paint and rock candy, inks, ribbons and flowers, chipboard and I have made my own word tiles using Making Memories Abby Words paper, chipboard, ink and rock candy. The butterflies are a free butterfly computer font printed onto cream cardstock, watercoloured then coated with rock candy, and the little chipboard croc head was hand cut, inked and coated with rock candy.

PAPERS: Making Memories - Cheeky Range Abby Numbers, Abby Words, Emery Red; 7Gypsies - Capri Sorento; We R Memory Keepers - Hoopla Bliss
CHIPBOARD: scrapware keys, scrapware 2 branches, scrapware bird on a branch, Buzz and Bloom Party Time Chipboard
CHARMS: Dragonfly, large silver key, turtle charm.
FLOWERS: olive green mulberry flowers, burgundy hydrangeas, white with pink tips mulberry flowers, blue and white stemmed star flowers
ALPHABETS: Carolee's Creations Tiny Word Play - various colours
DIES USED: cuttlebug 2x2's 4 set Asterisks, 3 x 3 Dandelion
RIBBONS: blue velvet ric rac, red velvet ric rac, pink ric rac, cream lace, various coloured satin ribbons
PRODUCTS USED: versa inks, dimensional magic, tim holtz crackle accents, rock candy, kindy glitz, acrylic paints.
OTHER EMBELLISHMENTS: clear rhinestones

I just adore this idea Corrina and I am sure your DD will love looking at it for years to come.

My DD is turning 11 (thinks she is turning 21 more like!) in a few months so maybe, just maybe I might find the time to create an album her since you have inspired me so much by your album.

Have a great day everyone
