Here is a layout I completed for this months challenge over at Screen 2 Scrap. You have to get your inspiration from this movie poster
Added criteria:
1. Black and white layout
2. Using one strong color
*Movie Diva Demand* For an extra bonus two points .......
use three or more black and white photos on your layout
( This is optional, you dont have to do this but it does give you the extra bonus points!)
And here is my take on the challenge
I used:
Snowflake core dinations cardstock
painted ice blocks sticks
White pearl beads taken off the strand and put onto branch taken from backyard
Black self adhesive butterflies and scrolls felt ribbon
Pink Stemmed Flowers
Various mulberry paper flowers
Black Embossed Felt Heart
Pink Glitter Brads to centre flowers
Parrot Charm - I inked it with pink staz on ink
Dark Pink Velvet Ric Rac
The chipboard butterfly is from scrapware. I used the large size one first as a mask, sprayed with Pink Taffy Glimmer Mist. Also sprayed the middle size one for the layout and inked the edges black
I also used our Butterfly Charm as a mask as well before putting it on the layout
Letters are using Making Memories Black Glitter Dots Paper with my cuttlebug. I love the texture it gave the letters
I hope the New Year has been kind to your mojo - I haven't had a chance to get any scrapping down (: I wanna but the website has taken up so much of my time - too much in fact that I am sure cobwebs are appearing at my scrapbooking table (:
Thank you for all so much for your birthday wishes yesterday, I had a brilliant day out at the races winning 8 out of the 10 races I bet on and came home even - not bad for someone who just picks the horses based on their name LOL
Have a great Sunday and TFL
Dreams & wishes - using Oxide Distress Inks

Woohoo on the wins Tracy. Love your layout, those photos are beautiful and I love what you did with the butterfly and thanks for the idea with those pearl beads!
Glad you had a great time at the races, I'm another that picks horses by their names... my husband picks them by the size of the butts... the bigger the bottom the faster it runs! LOL!!
Very sweet lahout too!
Wow that layout has so much punch with the hit of pink!
and I have to say the lettering on that card just makes me want a cuttlebug even more. I love this take on that challenge.
It took me a minute to find the paddlepop sticks! they look fantastic!
