Christmas Personalised Gift Tags

On the first Crafty Day of Christmas, my true love made for me...

One sparkly tag for a present under the tree.

How pretty are these to adorn your Christmas Presents, instead of a plain gift tag?

Let's start by ...

Cutting out the bar of a rhinestone buckle. Use pliers or tin snips for the safest and quickest way to do this.

Select a photo and the rhinestone buckle shape that best fits the "face" of the recipient.

Cut photo out by tracing the buckle on top of the photo and then trim to size.

Do the same with some scrap chipboard for the backing.  Paint, ink or stain to give a clean and tidy backing

Tape photo to the chipboard.

Cut a strip of silver ribbon approximately 20cm long and tie a small knot around the buckle.  Try to make it small, so it won't cover any of your "face" (we have plenty of suitable christmas ribbons here).

Using Dimensional Magic or Glossy Accents, glue on the back of your buckle and place down on your photo and also cover your photo with Dimensional Magic or Glossy Accents.  Leave to dry.

Tie your silver Christmas ribbon into a bow. Add a silver poinsettia for decoration and a strip of 2 of our silver sequins across the corner
