Christmas Tags and Cards

Christmas Gift Tags
from Taryn

I adore making gift tags, they are sooooo easy, and I love how they really dress up a gift.

Here's a few I made using the Everybody Loves Christmas range from Echo Park.

If you want to learn how to make these little guys... keep reading.

So I took 3 sets of shipping tags, and inked the edges using distress ink.

Then chose some co-ordinating Christmas papers, and trimmed to just larger than the shipping
tag, pasted the shipping tag on top, and trimmed the corners.

I chose some decorations by cutting elements out of the paper, and using a punch, and also elements from the Everybody Loves Christmas Sticker Sheet.
Pleating some strips of paper adds some lovely texture to your tag.

To finish off, add some bling using pink rhinestones or oversized silver rhinestones and silver
ribbon
.

And for another variation, use a combination of paper strips, and trims from the sticker sheet

And then trim with blue rhinestones and rhinestone chain.

The possibilities are endless!
Hope you get to create your own Christmas tags this year!

Taryn

From Wendy

Take your Card Base and ‘3 Items’ .....

Patterned Papers + Rhinestone Chains + my2angels Christmas Charms = Really Easy Chrissy Cards

I’ve used Little Yellow Bicycle and Basic Grey papers cut or die cut into squares, add a couple of strips of my2angels acrylic chain, stuck on with some PVA glue and a couple of Christmas Charms attached with brads.
