Aussie Outback Shack is the latest to be added to my growing collection of houses. Despite the fact that I still haven't finished my candy lane house I started just before Christmas. I got this idea in my head and that was it! I started and completed it in a day (I am still in shock!)
For the house I used the Scrapware 3d Mini House kit and a piece of board for the base.
I wish I had keep the paper crinkler that I had as it would had be perfect to give the roof a corrugated iron effect. So instead I just painted it and gave it a bit of stratching (like I did for the door which also has one of our jump rings for the door handle)
The pattern paper for the base of the house is Pink Paislee Enchanting
Lots of ice block sticks and of course Rock Candy for the verandah. Also attempted to make a bit of a spider web for our spider charm to hang off.
On the pond I used lots of Dimensional Magic and cracked it to give the water like effect. See our fish charm popping out of the water? I just cut his tail off and stuck him into the Dimensional Magic before it dried. Also our lizard charm is on the side by the rocks.
The scrapware mini grass was inked brown and green and covered with Rock Candy .
I am currently doing lots of OTP's at the moment for displays, as I have a booked a stand at the Scrapbooking & Craft show in Brisbane on the 10-12th June, lots of packing and hardwork ahead of me (and mum and the angels LOL) but it is going to be exciting especially as I will be meeting some of you for the first time there.
Oh and is anyone interested in purchasing a stamp maker see all the details here . I brought it used a few times but I just haven't got the time these days to use it. Everything is included (except the 2 acrylic blocks - I never got them in my pack) and a very small amount of the powders has been used. If you are interested please send me an email for more details.
Take care
