OTP In the Garden

OTP In the Garden

Here is a project I started a few months back, when we received the Scrapware wishing wells, watering can and wheelbarrows

I purposely broke a part of the wheelbarrow so the all the flowers would spill out

(And the flowers?  Well I think I have used nearly every variety of flowers we stock ... resin, metal and mulberry!)

and added in a couple of duck cosse feathers and the new long thin leaves

Birds Eye View

Scrapware watering can which I made into 3D and with hot glue I "tried" to create water overflowing.  It was my intention to have a hose going into it but I was slightly unsuccessful with that idea (it looked more like a deformed snake!)

On the Side:

Chicken Wire and the inks used were Tim Holtz Wild Honey and Peeled Paint Distress Inks

The wishing wells was painted with Silver Paint Dabbers, painted with Espresso Paint Dabbers and Embossed with Peeled Paint.

The bucket is hanging from our Antique Bronze Chain and jump ring

The little pots are lids from test tubes DD had from a bead set ... I painted them with Espresso Paint Dabbers filled with hot glue and tipped some Walnut Stain Embossing Powder inside to give the effect of dirt

and inside ...

are all my Tim Holtz Distress Inks and Ink Blending Tools

Best be off to bed, since it is 1.26am!

Mind you with no kids all weekend I suppose I can do what I like
and since I have 1 Graphic 45 ABC Primer Layouts, 1 Echo Park Apothecary Emporium (seriously GREAT paper for boys!)
and 2 Bo Bunny Welcome Home Layouts half completed I might just put the jug back on, find the stash of chocolate biscuits and scrap for a little longer

Hope you weekend is relaxing and fun (and quiet!)
