First up is from Wendy ...
This is back at the beginning of the football season, it is my 2 boys and our under 14’s managers little boy ‘helping’ out with the goal posts after a practice match! And luckily for me I just happened to have my camera handy and grabbed this cool photo!!
I have used white core’dinations cardstock with some Sassafras Lass and October Afternoon papers in bluey greens to match our team colours. I have also used a piece of corrugated card (from a box some wine came in!!) and inked the edges to also match the team colours.
On the photo I have used a my2angels bling circles and my title/journaling comprises of Thickers Daiquiri, Jenni Bowlin mini circle letters, a my2angel love charm (sanded back to silver colour) and Sassafras Glitter alphas.
The ‘Go Team Go’ , ‘play hard’, ‘spirit’ and ‘skill’ are SRM Stickers, ‘Reinforcement s Team’ which I stuck onto card and hand or die cut around so that I could 3d some of them. The gorgeous silver camera is a my2angels charm and I’ve added a few aqua pearls to finish off.
and from me because I couldn't resist using the new Prima Road Trip Twists & Turns pattern paper which I cut up in various parts as I didn't want the plane or the duck in the layout and totally love the printed woodgrain effect on the reverse side.
For the Scrapware Chipboard Birdhouse Corner I inked it with Tim Holtz Peeled Paint and while the ink was still wet I covered in Picket Fence Distress Crackle Paint so it gave the green tone.
The birdhouse was removed to make way for the clipart boy to sit on the swing I made.
Lots of SEI Park Buddies Buttons (which are currently on sale)
and the flying bird charm.
For the title in the clouds I used Carolees Creations Tiny Etched Natural Alphas
Just diversing from the boys for a moment ...
I am in the middle of a layout using this BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL Prima Annalee Ashton pattern paper which I will share in a few days
such a pretty soft coloured pattern paper with rose blossoms - just gorgeous!
